2 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
1 oz dark rum or whiskey
2 oz fresh apple cider
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
Build in ice filled glass. Stir and drink.

St-Tropez

1 oz citrus vodka
1 oz St. Germain
1/4 oz lemon juice
Shake over ice
Pour in glass
Top with soda water
